Sayed Qudrat Hashimy
Mr. Sayed Qudrat Hashimy born & raised in Daikundi Province of Afghanistan completed 12 std . in Rahman Ba Ba High School, Kabul, Afghanistan & he completed his Bachelor's degree in BA.LLB (Hons.) in JSS Law College, Autonomous Mysuru, and India as 1st rank with distinction Marks and graduated of LLM as Gold Medallist from University of Mysore. He has been an active participant in many national and international programmes and conferences which reflect his interest in Human Rights and International Relations. He is from a war affected country and the roles that other countries have been playing in improving and bringing about a change in the scenario of Afghanistan triggered his curiosity and interest in International law.
